Nev Pask, who is recognized as one of Queensland's most respected property developers and businessmen, is Managing Director of a group of 25 companies which has been trading as Nev Pask Developments and more recently Pask Group for over 35 years in Queensland. Moving to Queensland in 1966, Nev Pask was responsible for the development of in excess of 1500 house and land packages on the Redcliffe Peninsula, before focusing his attention on developing in the Brisbane, Redland Shire, Logan and Gold Coast regions. Pask Group successfully ran its own building operation for some 15 years before making the strategic decision to focus on its core business of land subdivision. This experience is regularly implemented in designing estates with builder's needs in mind, as is evidenced by Pask Group's long standing relationships with some of Queensland's and Australia's most recognised builders.
