You agree and consent to any disclosures by us of your information to an individual or organisation for any of our purposes listed above.
From time to time privacy obligations will arise in regard to personal information you provide to us or we collect on your behalf. We will co-operate with each other in addressing these obligations.
In particular, where Pask Group has an obligation to tell individuals that it has collected personal information and to make them aware of certain matters (including why Pask Group has the information and who else Pask Group may give it to), we hope that, to the extent practicable, you will assist us in meeting that obligation.
