Our idea in presenting this site is to give you the best possible appreciation. of our community and the lifestyle we enjoy.When we first discovered the land that is Chancellor Park, we saw a great opportunity, an opportunity to realise our dream of building a Sunshine Coast community worthy of today's family lifestyle desires.

The Avenue

Sunnybank Hills

The Avenue, located in Sunnybank Hills, consisted of almost 200 allotments ranging in size from 580m² to 855m². Extensive landscaping has created a tree-lined boulevard leading into the estate with a central park in close proximity to all residents.  From an engineering perspective, drainage issues were resolved by creating one of Brisbane’s largest detention basins, which when fully landscaped, has proven to be a very popular focal point for the recreation of residents.

 

The quality offered by some of Queensland’s premier builders has resulted in house and land packages of up to $1 million and has led to The Avenue being one of Brisbane’s most sought after addresses.

Regency Heights

Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane

 

One of Brisbane’s most sought after infill sites in recent years, this former CSIRO research facility has been transformed into one of the Southside’s premier addresses. New benchmarks have been created in vacant land sales for Brisbane with the entire project expected to be sold out prior to completion of construction.

College Gardens

Ormiston, Brisbane

Located in one of Queensland’s fastest growing regions, this estate is situated in the Redland Shire east of Brisbane and opposite Ormiston College, home to almost 1000 students. This 173 lot subdivision is surrounded on three sides by remnant vegetation that remains home to a koala colony. Consequently over 25% of the site was dedicated as open space.

With growing environmental awareness, stormwater quality management is becoming an increasingly important consideration in all development work. This site, which adjoins a wetland on one side and a significant creek on the other, required particular attention to stormwater quality issues.

Measures taken to ensure that only clean stormwater was leaving the site included the use of several gross pollutant traps, minimising piped drainage where vegetated swales could be used and dispersing stormwater across wetland areas prior to discharge from the site.

In addition to the subdivisional work, the project included construction of a roundabout and culverts on the frontage road surrounded by sensitive wetland. Construction of the roundabout required consideration of not only the environmental issues raised by the surrounding wetland, but also the access and safety considerations due to its location on the main access road to the school.

Gainsborough Park

MacKenzie, Brisbane

As with all Pask Group estates, this quality development on Brisbane’s southside symbolises the aim to provide integrated residential communities centrally located to all desired facilities whilst being in close proximity to Brisbane’s CBD.

Gainsborough Park comprises 10 stages producing in excess of 400 residential allotments ranging in size from 490m² to 3000m². When launched, Gainsborough Park was home to one of Queensland’s largest display villages, containing 27 prestige display homes by the Queensland Master Builder’s Association who have regularly participated in Pask Group estates.

Featuring almost three hectares of open space, great care was taken in planning extensive landscaping and recreational facilities including one of Brisbane’s first lake/wetland features and waterfalls, which has become a haven for numerous species of wildlife, together with bicycle and walking tracks.

Stretton Gardens

Stretton Heights, Stretton, Brisbane

Stretton Gardens and Stretton Heights represented one of Brisbane’s prime infill development opportunities, comprising over 520 residential allotments within 25 minutes of the heart of Brisbane. Consistent with Pask Group’s strategy of creating prestige residential communities targeting the second home buyer and beyond, Stretton Gardens’ prime location proved to be an attraction for another Queensland Master Builders’ Display Village. Henley Properties and Clarendon Homes respectively also chose Stretton Gardens as the site for one of their first display villages in Queensland. This estate is also an example of Pask Group’s successful relationship with one of Brisbane’s premier builder associations, the Cresthaven Group, some 35 builders established for 20 years who work closely with Pask Group to provide quality house and land packages tailored to clients’ individual needs. Pask Group also continued its relationship with the Mirvac Group who was able to offer a variety of building product for this integrated residential community.

Island Quays

Clear Island Waters, Gold Coast

Originally commenced by Leda Properties, Pask Group completed the development of one of the Gold Coast’s most sought after residential lake communities, Island Quays. The very high quality of housing coupled with the unique lock weir system enabling access from the lakes to surrounding canals, made Island Quays one of Pask Group’s most successful Gold Coast projects.

Sovereign Gardens, comprising 126 allotments and located in one of Brisbane’s premier suburbs of Wishart, is located within 10 minutes of two of Brisbane’s major shopping centres, Carindale and Garden City. Through designing the appropriate product for this location this estate proved to be one of Pask Group’s most successful in completely selling out in less than 10 months. The 20 home Queensland Master Builders’ Display Village has proven to be one of the most popular villages in the history of this association.

Orchard Heights

Kuraby, Brisbane

Comprising 456 allotments when completed, this estate has set a new benchmark in sales in the suburb of Kuraby, located on the southside of Brisbane. The Cresthaven Group of Builders has continued its successful association with Pask Group by producing a quality housing package tailored to suit the varied needs of residents in this locality

Axia Apartments

Coorparoo, Brisbane

Positioned less than four kilometres from Brisbane’s CBD, Pask Group acquired the former landmark Myer carpark site on Cavendish Road to begin its first inner city mixed use retail/residential development in Brisbane. This project of 59 apartments, complimented by an integrated retail component, is expected to provide a solid platform for future growth in this expanding segment of the market Pask Group will also be launching another mixed use development in Indooroopilly in 2003.
