Strong growth witnessed across Pask’s communities

When selecting a suburb to build a new development, Pask  are very selective in ensuring each location meets its benchmarks to create timeless communities that will uphold the “Places for Generations” vision.

Pask’s meticulously planned projects in Rowville, Frankston South and Greenvale are perfect examples of the careful consideration taken in selecting premium sites for new development.

These suburbs have been the beneficiaries of consistent residential growth, benefitting from a raft of established amenity inclusive of top-tier schools, progressive shopping precincts and recreational hubs, all of which impact positively upon real estate growth.

Greenvale, the location of Pask’s, ‘The Maples’ estate, has recently experienced an impressive quarterly price change of 13.6% (REIV, 2022). This price increase has seen the median sale price for the suburb now exceed $1 million (REIV, 2022). In the two-year period from Q2 2020 to Q2 2022), house prices in the area have seen growth in excess of 26% (REIV, 2022).

Property markets will fluctuate over time but sought after locations, with quality infrastructure, will stand the test of time. Greenvale’s scarcity of future new housing supply and exciting rapid infrastructure development continues to offer increased amenities on the doorstep of residents.

Bankside will provide an urban sanctuary of rare and remarkable character setting a new benchmark for residential living in Rowville.

Recently, our sales team conducted a series of onsite tours to share Pask’s unique project vision, and finer details of lots which were to be offered in the first release.

An opportunity afforded exclusively to the project database, around 170 groups took up their place in one of the many tours offered over two weekends.

Following strong interest, Stage 2B – Bankside’s first release launched online last week – providing those registered with an exclusive opportunity to secure one of nine lots offered to market.

Ranging between 294m2 and 618m2, the release appealed to a selection of buyers, achieving almost full sell out in a matter of hours!

A vibrant new community for Rowville
, ,

We are very pleased to announce that the rezoning of our newest residential project, Bankside, a vibrant new community in Rowville, has now been approved.

Over the past 3 years, Pask Group closely worked with Knox Council, State Government, local residents and a trusted consulting team on an application to rezone the Kingston Links Golf Course for ‘Residential Development’, following its designation as a ‘Strategic Investigation Site’ in the Knox Housing Strategy 2015.

In order to achieve the above outcome, we needed to first obtain preliminary support from Knox Council for an amendment to the current Knox Planning Scheme, then commence a formal application process, which required the team to address a series of key criteria relating to native vegetation, ecology, traffic as well as local and state infrastructure contributions.

Throughout this time, it was also paramount that the local Rowville community and other stakeholders were kept well informed of the process. This was addressed via a series of consultation sessions, which enabled all participants an opportunity to speak with Council, key members of the project’s consulting team and submit feedback, which assisted in shaping the final outcome.

Over 800 homes are planned for Bankside as well as two mixed use precincts and district sporting facilities. The rehabilitation of Corhanwarrabul Creek, together with the extensive open space network, linking the Creek precinct to the Stamford Park Wetlands, will provide convenient access for all residents to a unique community asset for the City of Knox.

We expect to commence the first stage of earthworks in the coming months and release the first stage to market in 2020.
