Setting a new benchmark in design for Berwick, Hark was created as a place for local residents who appreciate innovative architecture, exceptional craftsmanship and being part of an established neighbourhood, just a short walk from Berwick’s High Street.
In collaboration with DKO Architects, the Hark vision delivered 34 uniquely crafted residences, positioned around a central pocket park, designed to foster engagement in this new community.
Balancing classic Australian modern design with a contemporary Scandinavian aesthetic, focusing on materials, light and views, each residence has its own identity. Crafted with subtle elements that are contrasted with bold geometric lines, Hark offers multiple and flexible living options.
