Nev Pask, who is recognized as one of Queensland's most respected property developers and businessmen, is Chairman of a group of 25 companies that have been successfully operating for over 40 years. Moving back ‘home’ to Queensland in 1966 after running a variety of small businesses in Sydney, Nev Pask was responsible for the development of over 1500 house and land packages on the Redcliffe Peninsula as well as several commercial projects, before focusing his attention on developing in the Brisbane, Redland Shire, Logan, Sunshine and Gold Coast regions.
Pask Group successfully ran its own building operation for over 15 years before making the strategic decision to focus on its core business of residential broadhectare communities. This experience is regularly implemented in designing estates with builder's needs in mind, as is evidenced by the company’s long standing relationships with some of Australia's most recognised builders.
After first developing in Victoria in 1999 and led by Dean Pask, we have now opened our first Victorian office at Docklands as we aim to expand further into the Melbourne market. Dean has also diversified the Group’s operations into integrated housing and retail development in recent years.

Pask Group is today supported by a core group of managers and consultants, many of whom have been working with us for 20 years. We take great pride in being a family company, with Dean and Lynne having been part of the business for many years, along with a dedicated and loyal team, many of whom started their careers with the Group and have worked their way towards management positions.
