A considered design response complementing the site’s unique topography, together with an exceptional landscape vision, provided the building blocks for this enduring community.

Envisioned by Tract Consultants, the centrally located 1-hectare Circa Park was delivered by Pask as part of Stage 1 to ensure it could be enjoyed by its residents from day one. A place to relax and unwind, or gather with friends – both old and new, Circa Park played a crucial role in the formation of this community.
