Our usual process of collecting personal information is to collect the personal information directly from the individual concerned in person or by way of electronic and hard copy enquiry forms, surveys and questionnaires, online forms, telephone calls or emails. We may also collect personal information from other sources such as from government bodies, paid search providers and public registers, referrals by individuals or other entities, your advisors, banks and financial institutions, our employees, contractors and agents, your current and previous employers and through marketing and business development events. We usually collect credit information directly from you.

If you do not provide us with your personal or credit information, we may not be able to engage with you, or provide you with our products and services.

We may disclose personal information to other entities such as our contractors, agents, employees and related entities, our external auditors, brokers and insurance providers, legal and other advisors, employers, government bodies, our external auditors, banks and financial institutions, your advisors, credit providers, law enforcement agencies and third parties considering the acquisition of the whole or part of our assets or business.

We do not disclose personal credit information to credit reporting bodies.

For example, we understand that our service providers such as Campaign Monitor, which is based in and/or has data centres located in the United States of America.
